The end of the school week
I am so happy. Today I saw her at lunch!! Yipee! My heart was beating so fast and I always had a short glimpse at her while I ate my lunch. I love the way she is, always so calm
Finally its Friday! I just want to have 12 hours of sleep because this week has been very busy for me. I have only had like 5-6 hours of sleep each day and it surely was painful to wake up in the mornings. However I don't think I can get 12 hours of sleep this weekend with so many things to do. Tonight I still have to finish my Space Design Report which I won't get to attend the Competition because I have a mandatory camp to go to. All the work for nothing but it was a pretty good learning experience, especially having to research and think of ways of deflecting an asteroid that would hit the Earth. I am dead tired yet I still have to continue working because many many more things are coming up.
Saturday: 9am-12am North York Central Library: work on law project, 1pm-12pm Carefirst Charity Gala
Sunday: Church, St. John's Casualty

Earthworm Dissection =D
Today in biology class, we had dissected an earthworm. It was the most horrid, terrible and disgusting sight I have ever seen. I am too tired now, gonna update more about this tomorrow I hope.
York Mills CI
Today was the day of the big game against York Mills CI. We had to take the TTC and the bus to get to the school. What a sad thing, I mean the school couldn't afford to get us a school bus. I guess because we had so little people, there was no point in taking the school bus. As we walked out of our school(EH) we saw school buses parked on the driveway and I got all excited thinking it was a surprise. Unfortunately, it was for the middle schoolers who were visiting the high schools to get an idea of what their 4 years in high school would be like. *Sigh* I wish I was back to gr 8, those years were so easy and relaxing. As we got to York Mills and entered the change rooms, I was amazed and surprised at how old and rusty the building was. The washrooms were so small and I was surprised people actually used the showers. I was trembling in fear as I walked on the court to warm-up with gigantic goggles to protect both my eyes and my glasses. As I got called up to play Singles A, I knew that doom would come because the player I was playing, was the guy who I have never been able to beat ever since I had first started playing badminton which was 3 years ago. Although he was one year older than me, we had the same training sessions until my parents forced me to quit training. He had continued training and I had retired from badminton. As we started the game, I noticed that the fan was on and when I hit the bird up, it would speed up because of the wind of the fan. Unfortunately, I tried really hard to play well but it just wasn't a good day and I lost 21-10 and 21-8. Although these scores look really bad, considering that I have not trained for over a year while my enemy(the player from York Mills) had continued to train and improve, I think I did kind of well to have gotten these points.
I really enjoy badminton and I definitely want to get better but I think I had started a little late and this was the problem why I was never able to beat people because I didn't have enough experience.

Sad and Rainy Day
WOW. It is already the 2nd day of school after the march break. I had to wake up again at 6:20 to get to badminton practice. We were going to have a big game against York Mills on Wednesday and so our coach wanted us to be ready for this game. I don't think his method of training us is correct because having us wake up so early in the morning makes us ever more tired at the end of the day. I hope he could have made the practices after school, because it would be so much easier. But "Nooo" he says, "I couldn't book the gym." I get my bike and take my first step outside to feel a big raindrop fall on my head. After that, a few more raindrops fell on my shirt and my face. I was in a T-shirt and jeans and I thought, maybe I can bike to school in this outfit. On second thought, I decided to get my jacket. I was late to practice and my shoes were wet. I had to wipe the water off my shoes before playing on the courts. This is one of the reasons I hate rain. The reason why I hate rain is because I dislike the feeling of being wet and soggy. At practice, I lost to Donna sadly but it was a short game. My game against Arthur was close too because of all my mistakes.
Tomorrow will be a big game at York Mills. I will be playing a really really strong player and most likely I will lose. However I won't give up that easily and I will definitely make this guy regret playing me.
P.S. I was supposed to play this guy last year at OFFSAA but due to some reasons, I didn't get to play him.

Monday, tired
First day of school began! I woke up early in the morning at 6:20 for a badminton practice. The sun had not risen and everywhere was dark and cold. I dressed up and rode my bike to school. I was still sleepy yet I had to endure running around a gym for 30 minutes for a warm-up. After that, was drills and more hitting. I was dead tired when it was 8:45. I went to my first period class and my teacher was yelling at me without a very good reason. We had gone to the computers to learn about computerized accounting but the network was down so we could not log in. I was bored and started reading my comic book. She told us to wait for the network to recover and to read the accounting textbook. She came up to me and started yapping away saying I should not be reading comic books in accounting class. I was about to stand up and tell her. "Well Miss, you were supposed to be teaching us computerized accounting but unfortunately, the network is down. I am very sorry you are unable to teach this lesson but I have already read the textbook. I am bored and therefore I am reading my comic book." But I held my anger and let her boss me around.

Today which was supposed to be yesterday was a pretty good day. I went to a First-Aid Competition as a substitute. I wasn't that good with first aid anyways because my bandaging skills needed some improvements. I will definitely get better! However I was on the bleachers watching all the competitors do their stuff. The atmosphere was really tense and when it started. People started yelling from all over the places. There were the casualties who were bloody with wounds(they are fake tho) who were wailing and crying for help. One of the casualty was amazing, he cried about his wound non-stop and you could hear it all the way from the end of the gym. I would have nominated him as the best casualty award. There were the judges who sat around marking the first-aiders. Last but not least, the first-aiders who have worked studied so hard just before the competition. I remember the 30 minutes before the competition started, everyone had their first aid books open. They were reading over and over. It was a funny sight with everyone in their uniforms looking down at their books and studying really hard. I hope my St. John's Team won though.
Good luck for all those competitors because they all worked really hard. I can tell.
That was all I did all day long and right after that, I slept till the next morning.

Second Day. Yipee
Alright, let's get down to business. Today I haven't accomplished much except for doing my homework, watching some TV and best of all, sleeping(I can sleep for 12 hours usually).
My mind is set on accomplishing many things in the coming few years. However I can never accomplish this with a good foundation of skills, knowledge and experience.
There are many things I want to do/need to do:
Finish Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award
Get my First Aid Skills better to compete in competition(and to save lives)
A good volunteering place(still undecided upon where I should work at)
AND GET GOOD GRADES
I am already in Gr 11 but there are so many things that I want to try but I don't have the time to do. But there are a lot of things that I have done which I am proud of. A friend was telling me about the Toefl exam that is coming up for him. Me being a person who is curious and sticks his nose into everything was definitely interested! So I will also be reading Toefl books to improve my english but I won't do the exam for other reasons.
When I think about Gr 12, I am just frightened because of all the things that I will have to accomplish before university comes up. HOWEVER, I can go to ELOY which is Gr 13 but my parents are just against that idea. They just say, why should I have to go to Gr 13 when 2000 other students will go on to university. Guess ELOY won't be a choice for me.
This picture appealed to me because of all the colours? It looks really fake yet real at the same time. I cannot tell if its fake or real but I took it off of some website. There are many other pictures that I saw that looked pretty interesting to me. However, its 2:07AM and I should be sleeping soon.
Tomorrow is fellowship but I don't think it would go on that well because the location for our fellowship and the activities that will planned are are all last minute decisions. However, I might be wrong and things might turn well *fingers crossed*
Life is a bummer without fun. (My quote of the day)

Today is my first day using this blog. I discovered this thingie majigy from Donna. so thanks =) never even thought of using this at all until I saw Donna's.
It is 1:25AM in the morning. Its pitch black outside and I am still not asleep because of all the homework I have. Although only half the march break has went by, I am starting to worry about the homework, projects and assignments that will be due after this march break ends. I really don't want this March break to end but *sigh* unless I can make a time-machine then I can't.
Homework that I need to finish in this March Break:
Accounting: Cooking the Books
Law: A Presentation
English: Summarizing "The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz", Studying for Macbeth Test, Summarizing Act 5 of Macbeth
Chem: Finish the Summative which is supposed to be due on May
P.S. Thank you Donna for indirectly introducing this blog website to me
