Wisdom Tooth Incident - Wednesday November 24, 2010

Today school was boring as usual and things started to go downwards when I went to the dentist. First off, I was expecting to lose the last two of my wisdom teeth however my dentist said it was too much work and decided to do only one. I remember the sight of him sticking that needle on my gums and that sharp pain and he squeezed the liquid into my gums. Then he continually did it for three more spots so I had like four needle holes just for one wisdom tooth. Then slowly, the right lower part of my mouth became numb and then soon, my right part of my tongue, then my lips and finally half my face was numb. Then he started the operation. Apparently, my wisdom tooth was growing sideways which would prove to be a little difficult. However he was able to perform it with success and I stared through the lens of his glasses as a big pool of blood was spilling out as he took out my wisdom tooth. Then he said that he had to sew it back because my wound was slightly larger than normal. The line that was used to sew my wound would dissolve in a few days so I do not have to go back to him to take out the string.

I returned home, with my tooth bleeding like crazy and using up lots of dressings to suck out the blood. I was really tired and slept a lot that day.
